1. Plan pricing and automatic renewal disclosure
GrantsLookup offers two paid membership plans: Monthly Membership at $14.99 USD billed every month, and Annual Membership at $79.99 USD billed once every twelve (12) months (equivalent to $6.67/month, saving $99.89 per year compared to twelve monthly payments), plus applicable state or local sales tax where required.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription automatically renews for successive periods of the same length (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate disclosed at checkout, charged to your designated payment method.
2. One-click cancellation (Web, PWA, and Google Play)
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time without calling support or paying a cancellation fee.
If you subscribed on our Website or PWA: Open Account & Billing inside the GrantsLookup workspace and click "Cancel automatic renewal", or email desk@grantslookup.com from your account email. Your paid access continues through the final day of your already-paid billing period, after which your account reverts cleanly to the Free tier.
If you subscribed via the Android App using Google Play Billing: Google manages Android billing exclusively. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device, tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > GrantsLookup > Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the Android app or PWA from your phone does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
3. Refund policy and billing disputes
Because paid membership immediately unlocks our gated grant dossiers and direct external application URLs, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once dossiers have been accessed during a billing cycle, and we do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused days after mid-cycle cancellation.
7-day good-faith exception for accidental annual renewals: If an Annual ($79.99) renewal processes and you request a refund via desk@grantslookup.com within seven (7) calendar days of the renewal charge without having exported or heavily accessed new dossiers during that renewal week, we will issue a full refund of that renewal charge and revert the account to Free. Google Play purchases remain subject to Google Play's refund workflows.
If you spot an unauthorized or duplicate charge, contact desk@grantslookup.com within sixty (60) days so we can investigate and reverse any billing error immediately.
